Cancellation/late/no show Policies
To give everyone the best experience
We understand that things happen and you may need to change your scheduled appointment. We kindly ask that you give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If 24 hours is not given or you miss your appointment you may be required to leave a deposit or prepay for future services. Due to scheduling commitments if you are more than 7 minutes late we may need to reschedule you. We hope you understand the need for these policies. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask. A face mask is required to enter salon and receive services.
Please cancel if you are experiencing any symptoms related to Covid.
All staff will be wearing masks.
All surfaces and equipment will be wiped down after every service with medical grade disinfectant and alcohol.
